The project details page shows the current configuration of the project. The configuration may be updated by the project owner, entities with the project Adminstrator role, and tenant administrators.
The project details are configured during project creation, including:
Name of the project unique within the tenant. Alphanumerics, underscores, dashes, and spaces are permitted.
Short description of the project
Owner of the project (has Administrator access to the project)
Storage configuration to use for data stored in the project
User tags on the project
Technical tags on the project
Metadata model assigned to the project
Entitlement assigned to the project. Depends on the purchased subscription.
Project region where data is stored and pipelines are executed. Derived from the Entitlement.
Storage bundle assigned to the project. Derived from the Entitlement
Billing mode assigned to the project
Enables data and samples in the project to be linked to other projects
A project's billing mode determines the strategy for how costs are charged to billable accounts.
All incurred costs will be charged to the tenant of the project owner
All incurred costs will be charged to the tenant of the user owning the project resource (ie, data, analysis, bench workspace)
If the project billing mode is after the project has been created, the updated billing mode will only be applied to resources generated after the change.
Link a Bundle to a project to make the assets within the Bundle accessible from within that project.
