- NextSeq 550 Dx and MiSeq Dx supported in RUO mode only.
- NovaSeq X series instruments support upload of on-instrument DRAGEN secondary analysis results to ICA. Must be configured during run setup.
(1) auto-launch from the instrument is currently not compatible with MiSeq due to the sample sheet constraints. The workaround is to upload your MiSeq run to BSSH via the BSSH CLI with an auto-launch configured v2 samplesheet.
